This is a super cut 'how to' from one of my friends, Shay-lee. She needed a structure cut skirt to wear out on the weekend but didn't want the price tag that went along with it so she decided to make one herself. It looks absolutely fantastic, hope you enjoy. The steps are listed below:
1. Purchase a cheap pu leather skirt (not real leather as it will stain). The one chosen was from Valleygirl for only $9.95.
2. Highlight on the skirt where you would like to cut, suit the slit to your own tastes.
3. Cut the slit.
4. It should like similar to this.
5. Wipe away any excess highlighter.
6. You're all done! Style the skirt to suit yourself, the finished product is shown above.
